I didn't have enough time to make tutorials, so I'm going to put it here:

You are able to build different structures, and each structures have different uses. For example: a turret will shoot infected.

However, there is a max capacity. If at max, you are not able to build anymore. To upgrade max capacity, you have to click on your homebase and upgrade.
